Question: What time to the gates open to the general public at LaGrave Field?

Answer: Gates will open at LaGrave Field one hour prior to the scheduled game time unless otherwise noted. Generally gates will open earlier on July 4 or during special occasions at LaGrave Field.

Question: Can I get autographs at LaGrave Field?

Answer: Yes. Cats' players are very accessible before the game and are willing to sign autographs for fans of all ages. The area near the dugout and down the baseline are usually the best places to snag an autograph from your favorite Cat.

Question: Can I bring food or drinks into LaGrave Field?

Answer: No. Outside Food or Drinks are not allowed inside LaGrave Field. You may, however tailgate in the parking lot.

Question: How much is parking at LaGrave Field?

Answer: LaGrave Field offers two large, nicely paved parking lots. The closer lot is $5 for parking and the secondary lot is only $3 for parking.

Question: The team photographer took my picture at LaGrave Field, how can I purchase a copy?

Answer: You can visit photographer Bob Haynes' website to order photos taken at the Cats' game.

Question: Is LaGrave Field handicap accessible?

Answer: Yes. There is handicap accessible seating in all sections of LaGrave Field. Call the Cats at 817-332-CATS for more information.

Question: Can I smoke at LaGrave Field?

Answer: There is a no smoking policy in the seating bowl and on the concourse at LaGrave Field. You may, however, smoke in the sidewalk areas surrounding the main seating bowl, just inside the gate.

Question: Are the Cats affiliated with a major league team?

Answer: No. The Cats are an independent minor league team which means that they are not affiliated with a big legaue club. Don't be suprised, however, to see a former Cat playing in the big leagues (see Jermaine Van Buren: a Cat in 2003 and a Cub in 2005 and a member of the Red Sox in 2006)

Question: Can I tryout to play with the Cats?

Answer: The Cats hold tryouts in April. There are no other tryouts scheduled at this time.
